# Based Foundation Announces Completion of Season 3 and Token Distribution Details

Season 3 has concluded, according to Foresight News. The Based Foundation announced that BASED tokens will be directly deposited into staking accounts without the need for separate collection. Users who signed the relevant terms during the Genesis period will receive their BASED tokens on May 11, 2026. Those who have not signed must accept the terms by June 4, 2026, to receive their tokens on June 7, 2026.
