Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. ( (ACTU) ) has provided an announcement.

On May 11, 2026, Actuate Therapeutics announced that the U.S. FDA cleared its Investigational New Drug application for an oral tablet formulation of elraglusib, enabling a Phase 1/2 trial in advanced solid tumors including metastatic melanoma, NSCLC, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers in the second half of 2026. The strategy builds on Phase 2 data in metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma showing higher drug exposure correlated with improved overall survival and aims to improve patient convenience, pharmacokinetics, and broader clinical utility by transitioning from an IV to an oral format.

The company is also working with the EMA and FDA on trial design for a potential single registration study of oral elraglusib in pancreatic cancer, after prior IV combinations with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel showed statistically significant survival benefits. In parallel, Actuate is exploring combinations of elraglusib with RAS inhibitors in RAS-driven cancers and has strengthened its governance and oncology development expertise by appointing industry veteran Martin Huber, MD, to its board of directors.

The most recent analyst rating on (ACTU) stock is a Buy with a $15.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. stock, see the ACTU Stock Forecast page.
