The investment amount is 1 billion RMB, and the business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and venture capital activities through private funds. Partner information shows that the fund is jointly funded by Chengtong Kechuang Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., Chengtong Kechuang Investment Fund Partnership, Jiangsu Suzhou High-end Equipment Industry Special Mother Fund, and Suzhou Industrial Park Phase II Industrial Investment Fund
