# SILVER GRANT independent director Liang Qing resigns, the group does not comply with 4 listing rule requirements

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 18th, Silver Grant International (00171) announced that Liang Qing has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as from the audit committee and the remuneration committee, effective from last Friday (15th).

The group stated that following Liang Qing's resignation, the group is unable to comply with four provisions of the listing rules and will strive to find suitable candidates to fill the vacancies within three months to ensure compliance with the listing rules. As for Liang Qing's resignation due to the need to devote more time to other personal matters, he has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board and that there are no matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
