# ST Huayi: The controlling shareholder's partial shares are proposed to be auctioned judicially, with uncertain outcomes

ST Huayi announced that the 40 million shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Zhongjun are scheduled to be auctioned judicially from 10:00 on June 22, 2026, to 10:00 on June 23, 2026, accounting for 24.51% of his total shareholding and 1.44% of the company's total share capital, which are locked-up shares for executives. As of the announcement date, Wang Zhongjun and Wang Zhonglei have a total of 229 million shares frozen, accounting for 100% of their shareholding and 8.26% of the company's total share capital. The auction of Wang Zhonglei's 11.3 million shares has been completed, but the transfer results remain uncertain. If the auction of a total of 79.3 million shares held by Wang Zhongjun and Wang Zhonglei is successful and the transfer is completed, the actual controller of the company and its concerted parties will hold 5.41% of the total share capital, still remaining the largest shareholder, but there is a risk of unstable control
