# SANAI HEALTH Executive Director and Deputy CEO She Hao resigned with no disagreement from the board, Executive Director Xie Haijing appointed as authorized representative

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 21st, SANAI HEALTH GP (01889) announced that She Hao has submitted his resignation as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and will no longer serve as an authorized representative. Executive Director Xie Haijing has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from yesterday.

The group stated that after She Hao's resignation, he will not be re-elected as a director at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and the ordinary resolution item 2(a) will no longer apply and will not be submitted for shareholder approval. As for She Hao's resignation to devote more time to personal matters, he has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board of directors, and there are no other matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
