(hereinafter referred to as "Dongfang Lue Biomedical") that its investigational product VGX-3100, targeting precancerous lesions of cervical cancer, has completed unblinding in the Phase III pivotal registration clinical study in China (HPV-303CHN), with the primary efficacy results meeting the predefined primary efficacy endpoints. In terms of safety results, VGX-3100 demonstrated overall safety and tolerability in Chinese subjects, with no new significant safety risk signals observed. The announcement pointed out that Dongfang Lue Biomedical is an investee company of Shanghai Qiande Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), in which Jincheng Pharm holds a 40.3226% stake, and Shanghai Qiande holds a 15.2621% stake in Dongfang Lue Biomedical. Fosun Wandong agreed to pay Dongfang Lue Biomedical an upfront payment and milestone payments totaling 800 million yuan, as well as a double-digit sales revenue share, in exchange for exclusive commercialization rights for VGX-3100 in Greater China, fully validating the market value of the product. The successful Phase III clinical trial of VGX-3100 is not only a milestone event for Dongfang Lue Biomedical but also an important achievement for Jincheng Pharm's innovative transformation in the field of women's health.
