# TYM's subsidiary TYM Digital plans to increase capital and introduce a new shareholder, Guangdong Financial Asset Investment Fund

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TYM (301178.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong TYM Digital Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TYM Digital" or "the Target Company") has increased its registered capital from 10 million yuan to 170 million yuan and introduced a new shareholder, Guangdong Provincial Yuecai Industrial Technology Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuecai Investment Fund").

The company will invest 80 million yuan of its own funds into TYM Digital, changing its equity ratio from 100% to 52.94%; the counterparty Yuecai Investment Fund will also invest 80 million yuan of its own funds, obtaining an equity ratio of 47.06% after the capital increase.

This capital increase is to meet the funding needs for the operational development of TYM Digital. The capital increase and introduction of new shareholders will improve the asset structure, effectively supplement working capital, and deepen the innovative research and development of artificial intelligence applications
