The latest announcement is out from Semilux International ( (SELX) ).

On May 19, 2026, Semilux International received a Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter stating that its securities are subject to delisting from the Nasdaq Capital Market after the company failed to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price rule by the May 11, 2026 deadline. Nasdaq also cited Semilux’s failure to meet the $5 million minimum stockholders’ equity requirement and its outstanding Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025 as additional grounds for delisting, and indicated trading would be suspended at the open on May 26, 2026 absent an appeal.

The company plans to timely request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel and seek a stay of any suspension while it pursues a remediation plan. Semilux says it is actively working to resolve issues around bid price, stockholders’ equity and its overdue annual filing, but it acknowledges there is no assurance the panel will grant continued listing, leaving investors facing heightened uncertainty over the stock’s market venue and future liquidity.
