In Ra'anana, Israel, on May 19, 2026, Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd. (Nasdaq: IINN, IINNW) announced that starting May 20, 2026, their ordinary shares will trade on Nasdaq Capital Market under the new symbol "QTEX" due to the Company's name change to QTREX Quantum Ltd. ("QTREX"). The warrants will trade as "QTEXW." Until May 19, 2026, ordinary shares and warrants will still trade as "IINN" and "IINNW" respectively.
