# CHINA CHENGTONG: Zhang Chuanyi resigns as Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of the company

According to the announcement from CHINA CHENGTONG (00217), due to internal personnel changes in the company's ultimate holding company, Mr. Zhang Chuan Yi has resigned as the company's executive director and deputy general manager, as well as from the board of several subsidiaries, effective May 23, 2026. After resigning as executive director, Mr. Zhang Chuan Yi will no longer serve as the chairman of the board's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.

Effective May 23, 2026, executive director Mr. Chen Jian Ying has been appointed as the chairman of the ESG Committee. The ESG Committee consists of Mr. Chen Jian Ying (as chairman), and independent non-executive directors Professor He Jia and Mr. Liu Lei (as members), effective May 23, 2026
