# CDB LEASING has entered into several financing lease contracts

According to the announcement from CDB LEASING (01606), the company, as the lessor, entered into several financing lease contracts with the lessees (Fangchenggang Genzhuping New Energy Co., Ltd. and Fangchenggang Weixi Wind Power Co., Ltd.) on May 25, 2026. Under these contracts, the lessor will purchase the leased assets for a total price of RMB 1.8 billion and agrees to lease the assets to the lessees for a lease term of 204 months. The leased assets consist of wind power generation equipment and ancillary facilities located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China
