# Zhang Chuanyi, Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of CHINA CHENGTONG, resigns, involving personnel changes within the ultimate holding company

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 26th, CHINA CHENGTONG (00217) announced that due to personnel changes in the group's ultimate holding company, Zhang Chuanyi has resigned as executive director and deputy general manager, as well as from several subsidiary board positions. Executive director Chen Jianying has been appointed as the chairman of the ESG committee, effective from last weekend (23rd).

The group stated that Zhang Chuanyi confirmed there are no disagreements with the board of directors and there are no matters regarding his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders. (wh)
