Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics has established a Strategy, Investment and Sustainability Committee under its board of directors to strengthen strategic planning, guide investment decisions and embed ESG principles into its governance. The committee, approved at the 40th meeting of the sixth-session board, will be chaired by the board chairman, include the general manager and independent non-executive directors, and operate with terms aligned to the board’s tenure, enhancing oversight and continuity in strategy and sustainability initiatives.

Members of the new committee will serve concurrently with the board’s term, with provisions for reappointment, automatic loss of membership upon ceasing to be a director, and written resignation procedures. The board is required to promptly fill any vacancies in accordance with the prescribed composition rules, ensuring that the committee remains fully staffed to oversee strategic development, investment and ESG-related matters.
