Nikkei 225 and KOSPI Indexes Open Lower on May 28

The Nikkei 225 index opened on May 28 with a decline of 197.19 points, marking a 0.30% decrease to 64,802.22 points. According to Odaily, the South Korean KOSPI index also saw a drop at the opening, falling by 78.27 points, or 0.95%, to 8,150.43 points.
