# XINYUAN Services: Wang Yantao has been removed from the position of President of the Property Management Division

According to the announcement from XinYuan Service (01895), Mr. Wang Yantao has been relieved of his position as President of the Property Management Division of the Group, effective May 29, 2026.

The Board of Directors noted that Mr. Wang participated in several external communication activities during his employment, some of which involved the release of content, documents, and information that had not been approved through the Company's proper internal authorization procedures.

The Company hereby clarifies that any statements, meeting records, communications, or information made without formal authorization do not represent the position or opinion of the Company or its subsidiaries.

The Company has always valued corporate governance and internal controls and will continue to review and strengthen its internal governance and authorization systems to safeguard the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders
