Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. ( (HK:1895) ) has provided an announcement.

Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has removed Mr. Wang Yantao as president of its property management department, effective 29 May 2026, and the board said the change is not expected to adversely affect the group’s operations. The move follows the board’s finding that, during his tenure, Mr. Wang took part in external communication activities in which materials were released without proper internal authorization, prompting the company to clarify that any such unauthorized communications do not represent its views and to pledge further strengthening of governance and authorization systems to protect shareholder interests.

The company stressed that only formally authorized statements, meeting records, and communications reflect its official positions, distancing itself from any prior unauthorized disclosures linked to Mr. Wang’s activities. It reiterated its commitment to corporate governance and internal control and said it will continue reviewing and tightening internal governance and authorization mechanisms, signalling to investors and other stakeholders that it aims to contain potential reputational or compliance risks arising from unauthorized public communications.
