By industry, the production index and new orders index for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, railway, shipbuilding, aerospace equipment, and computer communication electronic equipment were all above 53%; however, the two indices for industries such as petroleum, coal and other fuel processing, chemical fibers and rubber plastic products, and non-metallic mineral products remained below the critical point.
