According to Tongbi Finance, data from Qichacha shows that Henan SF Diamond Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. announced on June 1, 2026, that it won the bid for a procurement project from China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) Energy Development Co., Ltd. The bid amount is 1.5611 million yuan, based on the "CNOOC Development - Engineering Technology Company Tianjin Region Polycrystalline Diamond Composite Sheet (PDC) Surface Treatment Service Exclusive Agreement."
