# INVENTECH HLDGS has completed the issuance of a total of 39.9776 million placement shares

According to the announcement from INVESTECH HLDGS (01087), all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met before the final deadline, and the placement has been completed on June 2, 2026. A total of 39.9776 million placement shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the completion of the placement) have been successfully placed at a price of HKD 0.67 per share to no fewer than six subscribers in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement
