# Citi Cuts DiDi Global Inc.  TP to USD6.6, Maintains Buy/High Risk Rating

Citi issued a research report stating that DiDi Global Inc. (DIDIY.US) delivered solid results in 1Q26, with total revenue increasing 10.3% YoY, 1% above market consensus and the banks forecast. Looking ahead to 2Q26 and the full year, management is confident in maintaining transaction volume and EBITA margin prospects for its China ride-hailing business, and reiterated that investment and losses in its international food delivery business likely peaked in 4Q25.

In addition, management expects international gross transaction value to reach RMB300 billion by 2028. The bank believes DiDis growth outlook and margin trends are improving. However, due to recent sector valuation de-rating, it lowered the TP from USD7.3 to USD6.6, while maintaining its Buy/High Risk rating.
