# AppYea Rebrands as TechLott, Refocusing on Lottery Technology

AppYea ( (APYP) ) just unveiled an update.

Effective May 29, 2026, AppYea Inc. changed its corporate name to Techlott Inc. and, following processing by FINRA on June 2, 2026, began trading on June 3, 2026, on the OTCQB Venture Market under the new ticker symbol LOTT. The name and symbol changes did not alter shareholder rights, authorized capital, issued and outstanding shares, par value or the company’s CUSIP number, underscoring that the move is a corporate rebranding rather than a capital restructuring.

In a June 3, 2026 announcement, TechLott linked the rebranding to its acquisition of the TechLott technology platform and a sharpened focus on regulated lottery infrastructure, draw-based gaming and outcome verification markets. Management framed the shift as aligning the listed entity with its NeoDraw-based, modular technology stack, which is designed to sit alongside legacy lottery and gaming systems, support modern draw products, improve verifiable randomness and auditability, and pursue B2B and B2G relationships with licensed operators and government-linked lottery organizations in an increasingly digital, compliance-driven market.

**More about AppYea**

TechLott Inc., formerly AppYea Inc., is a public technology company focused on infrastructure for regulated lottery, draw-based gaming and outcome verification markets. Through its TechLott platform and NeoDraw architecture, it develops modular, API-driven solutions for licensed operators, government-linked lottery bodies and regulated gaming partners, enabling verifiable randomness, audit-ready records, settlement tools and back-office capabilities while integrating alongside legacy systems.

The company’s commercial strategy is primarily business-to-business and business-to-government, supplying technology layers rather than operating consumer-facing lottery brands. TechLott aims to help regulated operators modernize lottery and outcome-based products, add new digital formats and enhance transparency and operational control, while preserving flexibility around existing technology investments and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
