# MOBVISTA issued 47.46 million shares due to the conversion of convertible bonds

According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, MOBVISTA (01860) announced that the company has received a notice from PAGAC III Munich Holding (Cayman) Limited regarding the conversion of convertible bonds with a principal amount of USD 30 million and accrued unpaid interest of USD 3.9175 million at a conversion price of HKD 5.54 per share. As of June 2, 2026, the company has completed the allocation and issuance of 47.46 million conversion shares based on this conversion. These conversion shares rank equally with all other existing issued shares in all respects, and after the completion of this conversion, the company has no outstanding convertible bonds that have not been exercised.

As of the completion of this conversion and the date of this announcement, the number of issued shares of the company has increased to 1.622 billion shares, with the conversion shares accounting for approximately 3.01% of the number of issued shares before the allocation and issuance of conversion shares, and approximately 2.93% of the number of issued shares after the allocation and issuance of conversion shares
