According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHANSHAN (01749) stated that Mr. Mao Weiyong was elected as the employee director of the 4th Board of Directors at the employee representative meeting held on June 8, 2026, with a term starting from June 8, 2026, until the end of the 4th Board of Directors (i.e., June 8, 2028)
