# Lixiang Education Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Market-Value Requirement; Shares Fall 10%

09:41 AM EDT, 06/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lixiang Education ( LXEH ) shares were down more than 10% in Monday trading after it said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Stock Market listing rules.

The company said it met the criteria by having a minimum market value of publicly held shares of $5 million for at least 10 consecutive business days.

Lixiang Education ( LXEH ) had been notified by Nasdaq in February that it had fallen out of compliance with its listing rules.
