# CHINA CHENGTONG Development Group's subsidiary signed a sale and leaseback agreement with Zhongfei Yifeng Leasing (Tianjin)

According to the announcement from CHINA CHENGTONG (00217), on June 8, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengtong Financial Leasing, entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessee (Zhongfei Yifeng Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.). Under this agreement, Chengtong Financial Leasing will purchase the leasing asset from the lessee and lease it back to the lessee for a period of 5 years, but it can be terminated early according to the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement. The leasing asset refers to an Airbus A320-214 aircraft
