# Innovation Beverage’s BlockFuel Unit Buys Oklahoma Wells, Plans H2 2026 Drilling Push

The latest announcement is out from Innovation Beverage Group Ltd. ( (IBG) ).

On June 2, 2026, BlockFuel Energy, Inc., an independent energy and infrastructure company 51% owned by Innovation Beverage Group, expanded its Oklahoma oil and gas footprint by acquiring a six-well package and associated infrastructure in Payne County. The deal lifts BlockFuel’s operated well count to 61 across a 55-square-mile area in Oklahoma, reinforcing Innovation Beverage Group’s strategic diversification via its proposed merger with BlockFuel.

The acquired assets include producing horizontal wells, a drilled but uncompleted well, a saltwater disposal well and extensive gathering and utility infrastructure that integrate into BlockFuel’s existing network. Management expects the enlarged, contiguous infrastructure base to cut development and operating costs, support an eight-well vertical drilling program planned for the second half of 2026, and enhance production growth and field-level efficiencies for stakeholders in the combined energy platform.
