Runge Interactive (2422) issued a voluntary announcement saying its subsidiary Hainan Runge has formally signed a sports IP co-building cooperation agreement with an independent third party. according to Ming Pao, the one-year agreement aims to jointly advance full-cycle incubation of sports IP, content operations and compliant commercialization, with both sides integrating core resources to support brand upgrades and commercialization development.
