# Daiwa Initiates HANS CNC  at Buy with TP HKD207

Daiwa issued a research report initiating HANS CNC (03200.HK) -13.600 (-8.364%) Short selling $11.50M; Ratio 4.175% with a Buy rating and a target price of HKD207. The broker expects the company to deliver strong earnings growth, driven by a product mix shift toward CCD six-axis independent mechanical drilling machines and robust demand for AI-driven printed circuit boards (PCB). Net profit is forecast to grow YoY by 69% in 2026 and 70% in 2027.

Daiwa projects that the production contribution of HANS CNC's CCD six-axis independent mechanical drilling machines will expand from 13% last year to 60% in 2028. Overall drilling machine sales are expected to increase by 97% between 2025 and 2028 to 8,639 units. This is anticipated to lift the blended average selling price of drilling machines by 70% to RMB1.62 million in 2028 and raise the company's gross margin to 41% in 2028.
