# Brady Appoints New CEO to Lead Transformative Acquisition

Brady ( (BRC) ) has issued an update.

On June 8, 2026, Brady Corporation announced that President and CEO Russell R. Shaller retired from his executive and board roles after an 11-year tenure marked by strategic investments, five consecutive years of organic sales growth and record EPS, and a near 90% increase in market value. Shaller will remain in a consultative role through August 1, 2026, and his retirement agreement preserves his bonus eligibility and equity awards while maintaining existing non-compete and other restrictive covenants.

Effective June 8, 2026, board member and former Allegro MicroSystems CEO Vineet Nargolwala was appointed Brady’s new President and CEO, remaining on the board but stepping off independence-requiring committees. His compensation package includes a $1 million base salary, a substantial incentive and equity program, and change-of-control and severance protections, aligning him closely with shareholders as he leads Brady through the pending acquisition and integration of Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services business, a transaction described as the most transformative in the company’s history.
