# TSAKER NE's subsidiary, the preferred investor China Power Investment Corporation and China International Capital Corporation, intends to transfer all equity, and the related repurchase rights will automatically terminate

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 12th, TSAKER NE Technology (01986) announced that its subsidiary Shandong TSAKER New Materials has received a written notice from one of its priority investors, China Electric Power Investment Corporation and China International Capital Corporation (CICC), stating that CICC has agreed to transfer all of its equity in Shandong TSAKER New Materials to an independent third-party investor (the transferee) on the same day.

The company stated that the repurchase rights attached to the equity held by CICC will automatically terminate upon the completion of the above transfer and when it no longer holds any equity in Shandong TSAKER New Materials, and the repurchase rights cannot be transferred to the transferee or belong to the transferee.
