Michael Saylor said Strategy must be able to sell Bitcoin after the company disclosed a 32 BTC sale in a June 1 SEC filing. According to NS3.AI, Saylor said Bitcoin-backed securities such as STRC are used to support credit obligations and raise capital to buy additional Bitcoin. Apyx said apxUSD fell to $0.90 after STRC declined and Bitcoin traded below $63,000.
