# Spot Gold Reclaims USD4,300; ZIJIN MINING Swells 7%+

The United States and Iran announced that they have reached an agreement, sending spot gold up more than 2% and back above the USD4,300 mark. Gold mining stocks rallied strongly. ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) +2.240 (+7.134%) Short selling $753.35M; Ratio 22.567% was last quoted at HKD33.8, up 7.64%. ZIJIN GOLD INTL (02259.HK) +12.700 (+12.027%) Short selling $87.26M; Ratio 6.218% surged 11.36%, LINGBAO GOLD (03330.HK) +0.900 (+5.852%) Short selling $134.64M; Ratio 18.227% rose 5.92%, and ZHAOJIN MINING (01818.HK) +1.500 (+7.485%) Short selling $60.30M; Ratio 13.371% gained 7.09%.

Other non-ferrous metal stocks also advanced. CMOC (03993.HK) +1.220 (+6.489%) Short selling $431.29M; Ratio 22.710% was last quoted at HKD20.18, up 7.34%. CHINFMINING (01258.HK) +1.270 (+8.863%) Short selling $41.40M; Ratio 17.236% jumped 9.84%, MMG (01208.HK) +0.760 (+8.492%) Short selling $152.87M; Ratio 30.656% rose 8.72%, and JIANGXI COPPER (00358.HK) +2.680 (+7.759%) Short selling $39.54M; Ratio 5.979% increased 7.12%.
