# FUTONG TECH issued a total of 656,000 shares due to the exercise of stock options

According to the announcement from FUTONG TECH (00465), on June 15, 2026, the company will issue 100,000 ordinary shares by exercising stock options under the stock option plan adopted on May 16, 2019; and will issue 556,000 ordinary shares by exercising stock options under the stock option plan adopted on November 11, 2009
