analyst has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Wesco’s exposure to powerful secular growth trends and operating leverage. The company is a key beneficiary of the ongoing data center expansion, with that vertical already accounting for a sizable share of revenue and growing rapidly, yet management’s outlook for the rest of 2026 appears deliberately cautious relative to the strength of current backlog and recent order momentum.

In addition, Wesco stands to benefit from an upturn in the North American industrial cycle and an anticipated acceleration in utility and power generation investment driven by electrification, EV infrastructure, and broadband build-outs. The analyst’s models indicate that incremental growth in data center, industrial, and utility volumes can translate into meaningful EPS upside versus guidance, supporting the view that current valuation (on projected EBITDA) leaves room for further share price appreciation, justifying the Buy recommendation and $440 price target.

In another report released on June 1, Barclays also assigned a Buy rating to the stock with a $376.00 price target.
