# Wnw Beauty Surges 9% in After-Hours Trading on Private Placement

Wnw Beauty (WNW) surged **9%** in after-hours trading to **$3.82**. The stock gained **7%** during regular trading.

The company completed a **$15.65 million** private placement in May, issuing **25 million shares** at **$0.626** per share to fund software development and commercialization of its AI skincare platform. Additionally, Wnw Beauty executed a **1-for-100** reverse stock split on April 1, reducing outstanding shares from approximately **133 million** to **1.33 million**.
