Effective June 11, 2026, OSR Holdings, Inc. formally changed its corporate name to OSR Health, Inc. through a Certificate of Revival of Charter filed with the Delaware Secretary of State, which also renewed and revived its certificate of incorporation and confirmed the company’s good standing.
