# Stocks to Watch: Smith & Wesson, Logistic Properties of the Americas, Legend Biotech

Smith & Wesson Brands posted 27% revenue growth and a higher fourth-quarter profit, as new products drove market share gains. The stock rose 15% to $15.85 in after-hours trading.

Logistic Properties of the Americas said it will sell a logistics park in Lima, Pera for $145 million. The stock surged 65% to $5.17 after the bell.

Legend Biotech said it would sell $225 million worth of American depositary shares in an underwritten public offering. The company's ADSs were down 7.1% to $31.15.
