# Autowell: Shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 3.0692 million shares, accounting for 0.97% of the company's total share capital

Autowell announced that the time period for the previously disclosed shareholder reduction plan has expired. As of June 18, 2026, the actual controller and chairman Ge Zhiyong reduced his holdings by 1.22 million shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction amount of 103 million yuan; the actual controller and director Li Wen reduced his holdings by 1.8352 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction amount of 136 million yuan; director and board secretary Zhou Yongxiu reduced his holdings by 14,000 shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction amount of 1.2454 million yuan. Shareholders Wuxi Aochuang and Wuxi Aoli did not implement any reductions. The aforementioned shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 3.0692 million shares, accounting for 0.97% of the company's current total share capital. Currently, Ge Zhiyong holds 24.29% of the shares, Li Wen holds 15.14%, Wuxi Aochuang holds 2.78%, Wuxi Aoli holds 1.52%, and Zhou Yongxiu holds 0.0182%
