Legend Biotech, Sleep Number And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday's Pre-Market Session

US stock futures rose, with Nasdaq futures up over 1%. Legend Biotech (LEGN) shares fell 9% in pre-market trading after pricing a $226 million public offering of 7.7 million ADSs at $29.35 each. Sleep Number (SNBR) plummeted nearly 50% to $0.20 due to impending Nasdaq delisting following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Other stocks like SLBT, RERE, and SGMT also declined significantly in early trading.

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining over 1% on Thursday.

Shares of Legend Biotech Corp (NASDAQ:LEGN) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced the pricing of public offering.

Legend Biotech priced a public offering of 7.7 million ADSs at $29.35 per ADS, raising gross proceeds of $226 million.

Legend Biotech shares dipped 9% to $30.50 in pre-market trading.

Sleep Number Corp (NASDAQ:SNBR) tumbled 49.7% to $0.20 in pre-market trading after company disclosed that Nasdaq plans to delist its common stock following the mattress maker's recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
SL Science Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:SLBT) shares dipped 16.7% to $5.31 in pre-market trading after falling 28% on Wednesday.
ATRenew Inc (NYSE:RERE) shares fell 10.8% to $3.54 in pre-market trading.
Sagimet Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:SGMT) declined 8.1% to $6.00 in pre-market trading after gaining around 4% on Wednesday.
Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd (NASDAQ:PANL) fell 6.2% to $7.00 in pre-market trading.
Braiin Ltd (NASDAQ:BRAI) dipped 5.3% to $8.86 in pre-market trading. Braiin announced a partnership with BillCentral to deploy its Agentic AI-powered customer experience and call center platform across enterprise platforms.
Liberty Energy Inc (NYSE:LBRT) declined 5.2% to $25.76 in pre-market trading.
Acadian Asset Management Inc (NYSE:AAMI) declined 4.7% to $78.81 in pre-market trading.
Himalaya Shipping Ltd (NYSE:HSHP) fell 4.5% to $13.65 in pre-market trading.
Sigma Lithium Corp (NASDAQ:SGML) fell 3.7% to $14.25 in pre-market trading.
