According to regulators, some vehicles could enter freeway construction zones that are closed to traffic. Waymo said it will release a software update to fix the issue. The recall adds another challenge for Waymo as it continues to expand its robotaxi business across the U.S. Meanwhile, Alphabet also came into focus after memory firm Netlist (NLST) filed new legal actions against Samsung (SSNLF).
