# STOCKS | Serenity Reviews NAV Discounts and Holdings Across Tech and Semiconductor Firms

Serenity shared a personal investment review analyzing valuations and ownership structures across several technology and semiconductor-related companies, focusing on net asset value (NAV) discounts and growth momentum. According to Odaily, Serenity said the observations are still in a research stage and do not represent a final investment conclusion. Serenity said Wistron is among the most favored targets, citing a market capitalization of about $16.2 billion, a 144% year-over-year increase in first-quarter revenue, and a roughly 35.46% stake in Wiwynn. Serenity estimated the implied value of Wistron’s Wiwynn holdings at about 0.66 times Wistron’s market capitalization. Serenity also said Wiwynn is expected to continue growing and is a core asset under observation. In addition, Serenity noted that Priortech holds about 21% of Camtek, with the holding value estimated at about 1.35 times Priortech’s own market capitalization, describing it as a control-oriented structure. Serenity pointed to what was described as a significant NAV discount at GlobalWafers, citing a market capitalization of about $3.5 billion versus an estimated holdings value of about $7.9 billion. Serenity also said Iljin Holdings and Simmtech Holdings show clear NAV discounts, while expressing caution about corporate governance and the ability of valuations to be realized among South Korean companies. Serenity added that there is an inclination to further increase concentration in related positions on Monday, and said some of the companies may have independent growth potential and room for NAV revaluation.
