# Dongjiang Environmental jumps 33% amid sector rally

Dongjiang Environmental (895.HK) surged **33%** to **HK$2.28** in Hong Kong trading today, marking one of the strongest performances in the environmental protection sector.

The stock experienced intraday volatility, dropping more than **3%** at one point during the session before rebounding strongly.

Total turnover reached **HK$279 million**, reflecting heightened trading activity across the environmental sector which led the day's gains.
