# Turkcell Wins CMB Approval for TRY 15 Billion Domestic Debt Issuance

Turkcell Iletisim ( (TKC) ) has issued an update.

Turkcell announced that Türkiye’s Capital Markets Board approved its application on June 17, 2026 to issue domestic debt instruments with a ceiling of TRY 15 billion. The issuance, authorized by a board decision dated November 6, 2025, will be conducted as a private placement to qualified investors and can be utilized until the limit’s expiry on June 17, 2027.

The approval gives Turkcell additional flexibility to raise funding in the local capital markets, which could support its investment plans and balance sheet management.
