Dylan Becker has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Veeva’s strategic expansion of its intelligent platform. He views the acquisition of Copli, now branded as Veeva Falcon MLR, as a strong fit with Veeva’s long-term vision to infuse advanced automation and agentic capabilities across critical clinical, safety, and regulatory processes.

Becker highlights that medical, legal, and regulatory review remains a major operational bottleneck, and integrating Copli with Veeva’s PromoMats and Falcon platform should materially streamline content approval while enhancing compliance.
