# New Stock News | CVTE's Hong Kong IPO Prospectus Invalid

According to Zhitong Finance APP, Guangzhou CVTE Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CVTE) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on December 24, 2025, which will expire on June 24, 2026, after 6 months. CICC and GF SECURITIES (Hong Kong) are its joint sponsors at the time of submission.

The prospectus reveals that CVTE is an expert in intelligent control technology and one of the world's leading commercial display equipment companies, having established a market-leading position in interactive smart flat panels ("IFPD") and LCD main control board fields aimed at education and enterprise services. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, in 2024, the company's MAXHUB brand conference interactive smart flat panel ranked first in mainland China with a market share of 25.0% (by revenue) and second globally with a market share of 9.9% (by revenue). In 2024, CVTE's sales of interactive smart flat panels for the education market accounted for 40.2% of the overseas market share, ranking first in the world.

It is reported that CVTE has established deep cooperation with Microsoft, jointly launching multiple hardware devices certified by Microsoft Teams, including the world's first conference flat panel XBoard V7 series equipped with Windows 11 IoT and a three-camera interactive screen, providing integrated solutions for diverse enterprise scenarios
