# Nasdaq Orders Aditxt Stock Delisted After Compliance Failures

The latest announcement is out from Aditxt ( (ADTX) ).

On June 23, 2026, Nasdaq’s Hearings Panel denied Aditxt’s request to remain listed and ordered its common stock delisted, with trading suspended at the open on June 25, 2026, after finding ongoing violations of the minimum bid price and stockholders’ equity rules. The Panel cited Aditxt’s history of multiple reverse stock splits, persistent sub-$1 share prices, negative equity of more than $35 million and quarterly losses of about $5 million, as well as skepticism over a proposed $150 million SPAC deal for its Ignite Proteomics unit that management said would restore compliance.

Aditxt had argued that the planned business combination between Ignite and Copley Acquisition Corp., along with another reverse stock split, would boost shareholder equity by about $125 million and lift its share price, but the Panel concluded the compliance plan was not compelling or sustainable. The Panel noted that investors had not rewarded the stock despite a favorable clinical study and the announced transaction, and highlighted that after spinning off Ignite the company would rely on two non-revenue subsidiaries, leading Nasdaq to reject exceptions to its rules and leaving Aditxt to consider an appeal to the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council within 15 days.
