# DL HOLDINGS GP's subsidiary, DL Securities, has obtained approval from the Securities Regulatory Commission to amend its license conditions, involving the provision of virtual asset trading services

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 25th, DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) announced that its subsidiary, DL Securities (Hong Kong), has obtained approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to amend one of the licensing conditions applicable to DL Securities' Type 1 (Securities Trading) regulated activities license, which relates to the provision of virtual asset trading services.

The group stated that DL Securities has accepted the amended conditions and will begin offering virtual asset trading services to retail investors after the amendment takes effect. The group indicated that it plans to continue developing virtual asset-related businesses. (wh)
