# DL HOLDINGS GP's securities have been approved to expand virtual asset trading services to retail clients

DL HOLDINGS GP (01709.HK) announced that on June 24, 2026, DL Securities has obtained approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to amend one of the licensing conditions applicable to DL Securities' Type 1 regulated activity license, which is related to the provision of virtual asset trading services. The relevant amendment removes the previous restriction that such services were limited to professional investors and allows DL Securities to provide virtual asset trading services to retail clients, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the terms and conditions imposed by the Securities and Futures Commission. DL Securities has accepted the amended conditions on the same day and will begin offering virtual asset trading services to retail investors after the amendment takes effect
