ZHIFEI-BIOL announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Jiang Rensheng, pledged 45 million restricted shares to Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. on June 24, 2026, to supplement the pledge. As of the announcement date, Jiang Rensheng and his concerted parties have cumulatively pledged 184 million shares, accounting for 14.12% of their holdings and 7.70% of the company's total share capital. Currently, there is no risk of forced liquidation of the pledged shares, and it will not have a substantial impact on the company
